Enjoy the rich flavour of wood smoke while using your gas barbecue. The Napoleon Stainless Steel Smoker Box is specially designed for use with Napoleon Prestige® PRO, Prestige®, Freestyle™ and Rogue® series gas barbecues. Crafted from durable stainless steel, this smoker box replaces a sear plate directly above a lit burner for seamless integration.
To use, simply remove the cooking grids and the sear plate positioned above the burner. Place the smoker box onto the sear plate supports and fill it with your preferred wood chips or chunks. Secure the lid, replace the cooking grids, and set the burner beneath the smoker box to a low heat. The wood will begin to smoulder, producing aromatic smoke that enhances the flavour of your food.
For optimal results, cook food on the barbecue for at least 20 minutes. This smoker box is perfect for roasts, reverse-seared meats, and rotisserie dishes.
After cooking, allow the barbecue to cool completely before removing the cooking grids and smoker box.
